In this blog post, I’m going to give some credit to Dr. Charles DC, the creator of the “Fat Loss Factor” diet program. I have followed Fat Loss Factor diet for 6 months now and here is my honest review about this program.
My Start with Fat Loss Factor
First of all, I want to let you know that I have bought this diet program from my own money and I have followed it for the last 6 months. I have to admit that I had no expectations for this diet when I first bought the it from the fatlossfactor.com. However, I started with the program in very next day. The package I bought contained the following:

- Starters guide – FLF blueprint.
- Capacious Fat Loss Factor program e-book.
- Additional e-book contained with recommended list of fat burning foods and recipes.
- ‘Master Cleanse’ videos with step by step tutorials to steps to cleanse your body.
- A special LOG book to track your progress during the diet.
- Exercises and routines to speed up your weight loss.
Of course, you will get loads of information about diets, eating and weight loss, but in addition to this, you will also receive 3 different workout routines (3 x week, 40 minutes). I personally haven’t started with the workout routines yet, but I’m not going to miss that opportunity to speed up my progress.
About the Author
Before I continue, I just wanted to say that the author behind the FLF program is Dr. Charles DC. Charles is a famous nutritionist and chiropractic from the US. He is a certified doctor of the highest heritage and he also works as a professional trainer and consultant.
He has been steadily discovering the “new” techniques of fat burning by increasing the metabolism. His strategies have helped hundreds of patients all over the world who have weight problems and slow metabolism. His approach to weight loss is effective and it works almost every person. Furthermore, he has put a lot of effort in this weight loss program.
My Success with Fat Loss Factor
I have to say that I have been pretty passionate about this program since it have worked pretty well on me. I have followed the diet plan exactly as it’s shown on the book although I have allowed myself some “cheat” days as well. During the 6 months, my weight has gone from 233 lbs to 199 lbs. For me, it’s a huge success since any other diet programs have not worked so well for me. However, I’m still far from ideal weight which is 185 lbs, but I’m working on it. Anyhow, I’m much more leaner than before and my abs are about to come out. I’m feeling much more healthier and my friends are already making compliments towards me which give me even more motivation to continue with the Fat Loss Factor diet.
Advantages and Disadvantages of Fat Loss Factor
Advantages:
- Very simple and straightforward diet
- You are able to create your own meals
- Speeds up your metabolism
- Workout plans available
- Success and results are guaranteed
Disadvantages:
- This course is not for diabetics
- It takes some time to read through the whole e-book
- The software included is not available for Mac OS
My conclusion
My overall opinion about the Fat Loss Factor diet program is great. Dr. Charles DC has surely done a great job implementing a new & fresh strategy for loosing some weight. This program is suitable for everyone and it’s a no brainer for everyone. Many of my friends have already tried it and had success as well. If you want to change your life healthier or get rid of the extra pounds then FLF is for you.
